What I Eat In A Day: Summer 2014

One of my subscribers asked me what a typical day of eating might look like for me. So, I filmed everything I ate in one day and compiled it together to show you guys an example of what I eat in a day. This is not what I eat every single day but it is a good representation of how my day goes and what my meals look like. Also, I worked out twice on this day (a weight session and a spinning session) so if it seems like a lot of food or it seems like the carb count is higher than you think it should be, that is the reasoning. Breakfast: Matcha Green Smoothie:

Raw grass-fed milk, coconut oil, matcha green tea, vanilla stevia drops, spinach, and ice

Pre-workout:

Iced Green Tea

2 hard boiled eggs

Post workout:

Iced Green Tea

Low Sugar KIND Bar

Lunch:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 raw grass-fed yogurt

1/4 head of cabbage, steamed with 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter

Dinner:

Mahi Mahi tacos: Low carb homemade tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, fresh salsa, red onion, shredded cabbage, Mahi Mahi baked in coconut oil
