Name This Smoothie

I love fruit smoothies in the summer. However, keeping the sugar content down can be a challenge. This smoothie is fruity, refreshing, and filled with amazing nutrients without being loaded with sugar. The berries give it a fruity, tropical feel and the ginger really makes you come back for more. I am having trouble naming this smoothie so I thought I would give that task to you guys! My favorite name will become the new name of this smoothie! And do not worry, I will give credit where credit is due.

What you will need:

smoothie ingredients

1 cup kale (I use baby kale)

1 cup spinach

1 tablespoon chia seeds

An inch of ginger root (half of an inch if you do not like spice)

1-2 cups berries (I used a little less than a cup each of raspberries and blueberries)

The juice of half a lemon (If you need help squeezing your lemon, call for some lemon-aid.)

1 cup water

1 cup ice

Simply poor all of you ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. I used my Vitamix mix for this though, any blender will do! If you are using a basic blender, blend your liquids and greens first. Then, add the rest of your ingredients and blend a second time.
